Our serviced address facility is a cost effective option for those that need to downsize in these hard times or for new businesses wishing to test the water or to establish themselves whilst keeping set up costs to a minimum until you are ready for your own premises. When you are ready, the move will be seamless without your clients or suppliers ever knowing any difference. We have over sixty five individual letting units on site of varying sizes with many creative occupiers willing to share with like minded people. Existing occupiers/clients are given preferential treatment over new enquiries for up coming space availability.

For just £100 per month plus VAT (charged three monthly in advance) we are able to offer you the following range of all inclusive services;

• You will be allocated a unit number at The Clapham North Art Centre which you may use on your company stationary, for advertising, marketing, website and most importantly your registered address at companies house.
• We will accept all mail, parcels and faxes on your behalf and keep them safe and ready for collection (or forward them on to you at cost).
• You may use our main telephone number if you wish and we will answer occasional calls and pass on messages, more regular use will be by separate agreement. Alternatively you could use your mobile phone or redirect calls through BT star services and answer for yourself.
• We can arrange for an email account set up by the centre in your name if you wish, e.g. harryscott@claphamnorthartcentre.co.uk and you can have your messages forwarded to any other email address you choose.
• Our offices or an on site meeting room will be available by prior arrangement for any occasional appointments that you may have, more regular use will be by a separate agreement.
• Your website details may be displayed on our main website showing that you are an occupier of the art centre. www.claphamnorthartcentre.co.uk
• If a visitor arrives unannounced looking for you, our staff are experienced enough to deal with any enquiry or matter in a smooth fashion and you will be privately contacted immediately for instructions.

All of this for just £23.07 per week.
