My local Pottery studio in Putney is closing and I was wondering if you could possibly help? I am looking for somewhere to work and make art using clay. I will require clay, a kiln and glazes and maybe mannequins from time to time if necessary i can provide my own equipment (except for a kiln!). I would like to continue work as soon as possible! I’m moving back to Nigeria in February and upon my arrival will be putting on my first African solo show! Unfortunately I do not have enough pieces of sculpture work and the show is fast approaching. I do a lot of multimedia work which includes film being projected onto clay sculptures, painting and graphic design installations. I need somewhere I can go roughly three times a week (two if I can stay most of the day on Saturday) until I get these pieces completed. I really hope you can help me! Alternatively, my last resort is to make the work in my back garden despite the weather, and bring it to the arts centre to be fired and glazed?
